WHY SHOULD I TRUST SUPER CLEANING WOMAN SERVICES TEAM?

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR EVERY CLEANING SERVICES?

It is not necessary to be at home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure to provide the key code so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. We’ll need to know where you keep your house key.

WHAT DO YOU NOT CLEAN?

  • We do not clean chandeliers
  • We do not clean toys but we can Disinfect the toys if requested
  • We do not pick up clutter in maintenance or standard cleaning
  • We do not clean inside fireplace
  • We do not wash dishes

HOW DO I PAY?

We Accept cash, credit/debit card electronic check through PayPal, zelle, or cash app. Checks are also fine and can be left on the kitchen counter. (No Refund)

DO YOU ALWAYS SEND THE SAME TEAM TO DO THE CLEANING?

Yes, we prefer to send the same cleaning techs to same homes. We believe it is important for clients to develop a trusting relationship with the same cleaning techs, Furthermore it gives the cleaning techs an opportunity to become and remain familiar with client expectations.

WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE ??

If there is anything that our clients are not satisfied with during their cleaning, We will come out and fix whatever Is necessary at no cost if we are notified within 48 hours of the original cleaning where the dissatisfaction occurred. Although we strive to deliver amazing results the first time We do however understand mishaps can occur and we will guarantee our work.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE SUPER CLEANING WOMAN TEAM ARRIVES?

We recommend that our clients pick up any clutter and change bathrooms curtains, make the beds, put away any item they feel should not be left out during the cleaning process.

WHAT IF SUPER CLEANING WOMAN TEAM DAMAGE SOMETHING WHILE CLEANING?

Although our cleaning staff is very well trained and we always try our very best to protect every item in your home… If an accident occurs in our care, we guarantee to fix it or replace it, we are licensed and insured.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR TEAM WITH MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES?

Super Cleaning Woman Services provides all the necessary cleaning solutions for each individual job/projects, however if our clients prefer that we use their products for their cleaning service we will.

CAN I PROVIDE SUPER CLEANING WOMAN TEAM WITH SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS?

Yes, we actually recommend that our clients give us a detail breakdown of what their expectations are for their cleaning projects when we first meet either by phone or an in home walk through.

DO YOUR TEAM ACCEPT TIPS?

Yes, our cleaning staff does accept tips, However we never expect it but when given we extremely appreciate it.

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE A CLEANING?

Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another -for whatever reason, one of us, you or me is going to need to reschedule our cleaning communication is key. Call 954-670-7527 or text us as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. I will do the same.
