If you are allergic to any cleaning product that you are aware of, please let one of our team members know & we won’t ever use the product in your home. Rescheduling
W understand stuff comes up at one point or another, and for whatever reason, either you or our team may need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key! Call, text or email as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will always do the same.
Alarm Systems & Keys
It is not necessary to be at your home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive for services. We will set the alarm when we leave. We will need to know where you keep your house key.
Payment
Paying with a credit/debit card, or electronic check through Square or Housecall pro is secure (and preferred) and leaves an electronic accounting trail for your record. Cash and Checks are also fine and can be left on the kitchen counter.
